New hybrid PhD program at MSU

From Dr. Patrick Dickson of MSU College of Education:

I would like to let you know of  the new hybrid avenue to earning the Michigan State University Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology with an emphasis in educational technology and online learning.

The faculty decided to offer this substantially online pathway to our PhD in response to the interest among professionals who wish to continue in their current positions while earning their doctorate.

Standalone Gradebook Demonstration

Wednesday, February 17, there will be a special, previously unscheduled edition of the "Explorations in Instructional Technology" brown bag seminar.  The program will be a presentation, via Skype video/audio, featuring Mark Luetzelschwab, from Agilix (  Mark's topic will be a stand alone, online gradebook that is being developed to assist faculty members who prefer not to use a standard course management system in their classes.

2/10 Breakfast Series Cancelation

Due to the importance of Dr. Watrall's topic, and the winter storm warning that has just been issued for the Lansing area, the Breakfast Series scheduled for Wednesday, February 10 has been canceled.  Dr. Watrall will be rescheduled for a later date.
