Ada Lovelace day occurs every year on March 24, and is a time for female technologists and bloggers worldwide to celebrate the achievements of women in technology, and celebrate the history these women have woven. I get a lot of questions about screencasting, and how to get the best results. This is one of the most comprehensive presentations of screencast basics I've ever run across, posted by TechSmith's Chris McQueen. He does an excellent job of laying out some best practices, and illustrates how screencasting doesn't have to be terribly complicated!

Adobe Introduces Connect Pro Mobile for iPhone/iPod Touch

Adobe recently announced the availability of Connect Pro Mobile from Apple's iTunes App Store. According to Adobe, the mobile application will allow users of Connect Pro to view presentations, PDF documents, videos, and screen sharing provided by the meeting host. They can rotate, pan, and zoom to choose the 'best view' of shared content.
